I am extremely pleased to announce that after a year of work, I will be releasing my first self-published book on August 30th, 2021.

If you want to set up any computer workstation to fit you, reduce discomfort, and aid in injury recovery, then this book is for you.

This book condenses over 10 years of experience into an easy-to-follow guide that walks you through the principles of ergonomics, how to set up any workstation, and tips to keep you pain-free throughout your work day and beyond. There are also helpful images within the book that provide quick references to aid in your setup.

The book will be made available through most online retailers (Amazon, Kindle, Apple Books, and hopefully some physical bookstores).
